If you’ve made it here, it’s probably because you’re looking for some more resources to train your brain. As mentioned in the book, the best bang for your buck in terms of getting a lot of random numbers, names, cards, words, dates, images, etc. provided for you, is through the following memory training apps and tools:

If you want a few random training sheets, I’ve provided a few here. Some I’ve created myself with code that I’ve written (if you email me, I’d be happy to share more sheets or the code itself), and from scripts that exist else where.   • Random Poems - I don’t have a poem generator, but there are plenty of online resources that help provide random poems for you:
