Associative Remote Viewing

As mentioned in the book, Remote Viewing is the practice of perceiving information about a distant or hidden target using only your mind without any sensory input and no prior knowledge.

Associative Remote Viewing (ARV) is a practical twist on the technique designed for binary decisions. Instead of trying to describe a target directly (which can be hard to verify) you associate each possible outcome with a hidden image. You view the image, not the outcome. Your impressions then point to whichever image better matches what you perceived, and that image's associated outcome becomes your prediction.

It sidesteps the core difficulty of classical remote viewing: you're not trying to predict whether the stock goes up, you're just describing a picture. The prediction emerges from the match.

How this tool works

  1. Set up your session. Name the two possible outcomes (e.g. "BTC rises" / "BTC falls") and describe the decision you're trying to forecast. A random image is silently assigned to each outcome — you won't see either until you're done.

  2. Record your impressions. Without any feedback, describe whatever comes to mind: colors, textures, temperatures, emotions, environments. Don't judge or analyze. Just describe. And don’t NAME things.

  3. Reveal and rate. Reveal each image one at a time and score how closely your impressions matched it — overall, sensory, and emotional tone. Whichever image scores higher determines your prediction.

The key to ARV is repetition. A single session tells you little. Track your results over many sessions and look for accuracy patterns. If this truly is guessing, like a flip of the coin, your accuracy should be around 50%. But if over time, your accuracy is notably higher (or lower) than that, it might suggest something else is going on.

ARV Session Trainer

Associative Remote Viewing practice. Record your impressions before the target images are revealed.

Step 1 of 3
Set up your session
Define the task you are viewing and give each event a short label. Target images are assigned randomly and hidden until after your session.
Viewing task
Label the two events
Event A
Event B

A random image will be silently assigned to each event and hidden until after your session.

Step 2 of 3
Record your impressions
Relax and let impressions arise freely. Describe any colors, textures, temperatures, shapes, emotions, or environments. Do not analyze — just describe.

What impressions are you receiving?

Step 3 of 3
Reveal & rate your session
Reveal each image one at a time and compare against your impressions. Your prediction is determined by whichever image you score higher.
