This photo is of a monument just outside the small mountain village of Upsallata, Argentina. It is along this road, that one can cross the andes between Mendoza, Argentina and Santiago, Chile. It is also the route one may take to get to the trailhead of Aconcagua, the tallest mountain in South America.
